1. Introduction
Welcome to Goodyear Cleaning Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our Real Estate Agent Cleaning Partnership and associated referral programs ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
● You must be a licensed real estate agent or broker to participate.
● You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business as required by the Program.
3. Referral Bonuses
● Client Referral: You will receive a $50 bonus for each new client you refer to us who books and completes a cleaning service. The bonus is payable after the client's cleaning service is completed and fully paid for.
4. Discounts
You have the option to offer a 15% discount on cleaning services to your clients instead of receiving the $50 bonus. The discount applies only to the client's first cleaning service booked through the Program.
5. Payment of Bonuses
● Bonuses are paid via e-transfer within 3 days following the completion and full payment of the referred cleaning service by the client.
● You are responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of the bonus.
6. Responsibilities
● You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner and uphold high standards of ethics and compliance with all applicable laws.
● You agree not to engage in any deceptive or misleading practices concerning the Program or Goodyear Cleaning Services.
7. Referral Tracking
● Referrals must be documented and tracked through our official referral tracking system. Details and access to this system will be provided upon your registration in the Program.
8. Termination and Changes
● Goodyear Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate the Program or your participation in it at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
● We may also change the Terms or the Program, including changing the bonus amounts or the way bonuses are calculated and distributed. Notification of such changes will be communicated to participants in an appropriate manner.

3. How can an agent claim the $50 bonus or offer the 15% discount?
Agents should indicate their choice when they make the referral. For the bonus, it will be credited directly to them after the client's payment. For the discount, it should be communicated to the cleaning service so it can be applied to the client’s bill.
4. Are there any limits to how many clients an individual can refer?
No, there are no limits to the number of clients an individual can refer. Agents can refer as many new clients or as they like, and bonuses will be awarded for each successful referral.
6. What happens if a referred cleaning service is cancelled?
Bonuses are only paid for completed services. If a service is cancelled, the referral bonus will not be awarded.
7. Can agents switch between the $50 bonus and the 15% discount for different referrals?
Yes, agents can choose differently for each referral based on what they believe will provide the most value to their clients or themselves.
