Additionally when you book a service or attempt to book a service through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any booking placed through the Site (including arranging for service and providing you with invoices and/or booking confirmations). Additionally, we use this order Information to:
Communicate with you;

To request feedback;

To respond to user inquiries/ offer support to users;

To send marketing and promotional communications (we may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purpose, if this is accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time. for more information see "BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING");

To Screen our bookings for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

However, we may still communicate with you- for example, to send you service related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for non-marketing purposes.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted  in reliance on lawful processing grounds other then consent.

When you book a service or attempt to book a service through the site, we collect certain information from you. We will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Additionally, We keep your information as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose outlines in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).  When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or annonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it form any further processing until deletion is possible. 

INFORMATION SAFETY 

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organization and technical security measures. We have implemented appropriate and resoanble technical and organizational security measures designes to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.  


MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent use of services. If we learn that personal information from users less that 19 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measure to promptly delete such data from our records.
