Our move-in and move-out cleaning provides a thorough, top-to-bottom clean throughout the home, including detailed cleaning inside and outside areas, appliances, cabinets, and other commonly overlooked spaces. Whether you're settling into a new home or preparing to hand over your old one, we'll make sure the space is fresh, clean, and ready for what’s next.
Kitchen
Counters, sinks, backsplash, inside and outside cabinets and drawers, appliance interiors and exteriors, and detailed surface cleaning.
Bathrooms
Showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, baseboards, fixture, inside and outside cabinets and drawers, detailed surface cleaning.
Living Areas
Detailed dusting, wiping accessible surfaces, fixtures, baseboards, vacuuming, and mopping.
Bedrooms
Detailed dusting, accessible surfaces, baseboards, closets (inside and outside), fixtures, vacuuming and mopping.
Additional Cleaning
Inside ovens and fridges, wall cleaning, washers and dryers, and other detailed tasks are available upon request at no extra fee. Please let us know in advance, as additional cleaning time will be charged at your regular hourly rate.

Simple Hourly Billing
Cleaning is billed hourly for a team of two professional cleaners. GST is additional.
Cleaning Time
Most Move In & Move Out cleans takeS approximately 4-7 hours, depending on your home's size and condition. A minimum one-hour charge applies.
Weekends & Holidays
Weekend and holiday appointments are available at a higher hourly rate, subject to availability.
